Feasting at the Lord's Table

We have been talking about “Eating and Drinking with Jesus.” This is so mundane that we almost miss seeing it. We are looking for a Messiah that will take the world by storm and so we miss that, while his plan was to take the world by storm and to start the process of healing all the broken things in the world, he was starting that very thing as he was eating and drinking with anyone and everyone.Have you ever thought it odd that the way Jesus told us to remember the most important event that happened in history, his atoning death on the cross, would be with food. Oh, well he did. And he did it with very, very great promises. This Sunday we will talk about it.Blessings,Jim
