Missions and Outreach

Our leadership has a three-tiered strategy for outreach (local, regional, global), limiting the quantity of partnerships in order to maximize the quality.

LOCAL: Community Outreach

• Neighborhood Christian Center is our primary partner in outreach to the under resourced families of Collierville and southeast Shelby County. Site Coordinators meet with people from our local community to see how the church can help them financially. We help cover the cost of many things, from water and light bills to food and other basic needs. We meet with each family individually to help build a relationship so that we can encourage them in spiritual growth and financial responsibility.

• YoungLife works to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. They accomplish their mission by building personal relationships with them.

• The Women’s Advocacy Center is committed to helping decrease domestic violence in East Shelby County, Tennessee. They accomplish this by advocating for victims and by providing direct and indirect services to support women who have experienced domestic and sexual abuse.

REGIONAL: Church Planting

We believe church planting is the most effective investment of our resources beyond our local community. The following list of churches are intimate partnerships with plants through our Presbytery, and/or have been planted directly from our own congregation:
